Shipping:
In general we usually ship within 3 business days for items in stock.
However,
many of our artwork items are a CUSTOM order. These items must be made or ordered. Check the item detail to see the estimated time for completion and shipping.
When ordering multiple items, each item, depending on if it is a custom or in stock item, may be combined or may be shipped separately. Check each items description for information for details.
Products listed in our "other Products, or "Collectables" section generally ship within 3 business days for items in stock.
Many items are offered with FREE SHIPPING.
Others may be by by FLAT FEE or by shipping method (UPS or USPS) actual fees.
Once again check the items description to see the details per item.
Damaged or Defective Product:
ART PRINTS/NOTE CARDS: if you should receive a damaged or defective art print or note cards, Acrey Art will exchange the defective art print free of charge within thirty days of purchase if possible. (see proceedure)
COLLECTABLES OR ONE-OF-A-KIND PRODUCTS: We can not replace collectables or one-of-a-kind products. For collectables and one-of-a-kind products, we will review each case individually for a possible refund The product description discloses certain damages or defects. Such disclosure is given prior to purchase, and buyer purchases the product with full knowledge of the listed known damages or defects. Therefore, the item is non-refundable or replaceable. All sales are final. (see proceedure)
PROCEEDURE:
Before returning a damaged or defective product, you must first contact us by using the "contact us" form on the site stating the problem with the shipping/product in order to obtain an exchange return number. Be sure to leave a phone number where we can reach you. A product that is returned without an exchange return number enclosed will not be replaced under any circumstances. After issuing you an exchange return number, we will promptly exchange your damaged product. Our decisions in such matters will be considered final.
Shipping Damage
On orders where you paid for shipping: if your product is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier for required procedures. Since we have no control of the product once it is shipped we encourage you to obtain shipping insurance. On items where you pay the shipping we are not responsible for shipping damaged on your orders if you do not purchase shipping insurance.
If we provide FREE shipping: if your product is damaged during shipping, we will replace the damaged item or refund you purchase price with the decision being at our sole discretion. We do offer a 24-hour Guarantee on non-custom orders. Please see our users agreement for complete details... see section#7 (see below)
However,
since most of our art products are custom ordered and are print-on-demand, there are no refunds and all sales are final. Also, there are no refunds on used products such as collectables and used books. nor on closeout products.
7. The 24-hour Guarantee on non-custom orders:
7. A. COMPANY wants users to have a satisfying buying experience. With the exception of custom orders, to guarantee the buyer’s satisfaction with COMPANY’s policy, the buyer may receive a refund of the purchase price less a 15% re-stocking fee, if he or she is not satisfied with the product and notifies COMPANY within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Notification must be provided to COMPANY by completing a claim form accessible by emailing a request for the Refund Form to: office@ARTSALES.NET. Form is available online.
7. B. Buyer and Seller COMPANY agree to the terms and conditions of COMPANY’s 24-hour Guarantee on non-custom orders. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the order and notifies COMPANY within the allotted 24 hour time frame, Seller COMPANY agrees to accept the return and the buyer is charged a 15% restocking fee. Buyer assumes responsibility for the return shipping charges. No response on behalf of the buyer to COMPANY within the 24-hour time limit constitutes a received and accepted acknowledgement by the buyer. AFTER WHICH, NO RETURNS, ETC., REFUNDS OR CREDITS TO CREDIT CARD COMPANIES WILL BE ISSUED by COMPANY AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. COMPANY reserves the right to make final determination as to the validity and disposition of a claim requested under this Guarantee policy.
7. C. Custom Orders are NOT refundable unless otherwise stated in writing in the product description by the Seller COMPANY. After The 24-hour Guarantee on non-custom Orders. Buyer is to contact Seller ACOMPANY directly for any returns; warranties implied or expressed; and/or exchanges if offered.
